Rent to own is a new program that we have to help our Latin community so they can have their own home and to give them another option of buying. We always put all the tools and give all our strategies to be able to help them in the best way possible.
With this program you will have the option to rent the house for 1 year, 2 or 3 years. When you are ready to buy, you will have the option of buying the property you are renting.
How to qualify for this program: The rent to own company charges $99.00 for the application fee and at the time of the application you will need to bring documents they required to qualify.
- Last two years of federal tax returns
- Pay stubs of the last 30 days
- 620 credit score or higher to qualify
- ID and Social Security card or ITIN letter
- Annual household income of $45,000+
- Stable employment (minimum 2 years)
- No recent eviction history
- No outstanding bankruptcy
- Acceptable criminal history
